Another Couple of Rounds to get it right…

“A Couple of Rounds” is the 13th single released from the Nashville Sessions. Some of you may think “Hey, this song sounds familiar.” Indeed, this is a re-imagining of “Home By The River” from my 2010 release. We started playing the song differently while touring in the UK and the new version stuck.

Recorded in Nashville with some of the finest musicians the city has to offer, A Couple of Rounds is a celebration of friendship, love, and good times. Not wanting these good times to fade and wanting just a little more life and love.

The video was filmed before the Pandemic by JB Lawrence and it is so wonderful to have the song FINALLY released. Those of you that have spent time in New Orleans will recognize some of your favorite sites. Thank you to Ken Fauchaeux, David Brouilette, Ogista Nije and Dave and Vickie Denson for being in the video.
